Wonderful service Sean replied to my email fast and helped work around my work schedule to fit me in for a subwoofer install. Both were knowledgeable and helped me understand a lot about how everything works behind the scenes with wiring etc. I believe John was the name of the guy who did the install not only was he very helpful and answered all my questions after I had left I realized something about my car felt different. My visor mirror was missing a screw and would occasionally swing down and very annoying and I saw he fixed it without saying anything at all and I can’t explain how thoughtful that was. I recommended them to a friend of mine in need of a dash cam and I will continue recommending them!!! Thank you!

I can't say enough about how great 919 Motoring is. The owner is wonderful! He and his staff truly know their trade. I would not trust anyone else with my cars. If you are looking to upgrade your vehicle, I highly recommend them!

I will start off by saying the customer service was great, and the prices for buying the products were very fair. The head unit and speakers performed as expected with the price range. I am giving 3 stars due to them selling me an amplifier that they claimed would run my subwoofer just fine, in turn it ended up burning out a voice coil on my sub very quickly. I installed everything correctly and tuned the sub by ear to be a bit below any distortion. In the future I will be sure to use a multi meter to ensure the output is where it should be. The issue is the amp can only output 180 watts rms at 2 Ohm. My sub required 250 watts rms at 2 Ohm. This caused my sub voice coil to burn out very quickly even when the bass was not distorted. I wish they would have informed me of this before my purchase. After doing some more research I found a affordable sub that will work at 1 Ohm and only require 250 watts rms leaving me some headroom as the amp can deliver 375 watts rms at 1 Ohm. I did have a good experience and, other than being promised the amp would run my sub no issue, got exactly what I was promised out of the equipment I bought. The best customer service!! Sean was quick with quotes, scheduling and easy diagnostic issues for other customers while there. The lead worker wrapped my original parts up and back into the boxes of the new parts for me to store at home. He also used common sense when selecting where to install the camera switch - blew my mind. Looks like they focus on audio and cameras, but they installed a hood accent, window visors and interior lights for me as well! Would recommend to my grandma.

Had a great experience at 919 Motoring. Shaun the owner was incredibly patient walking through all the different options with me. This was not a simple install, had to weigh pros and cons and make decisions to make along the way. He never made me feel rushed and was always transparent about what we were getting and why. John did the speaker work and the attention to detail on the install was exactly what I was hoping for. Custom component setup with tweeters and it came out clean. They were also totally fine with me bringing my own parts like a 65W USB-C charging panel I sourced myself. That flexibility meant a lot. Highly recommend this team if you want a shop that actually listens to what you want and takes the time to get it right.
